The photographs of abandoned buildings and objects now number over 250, taken mostly in New Jersey. They explore personal abandonment as well as America’s predilection to turn away from what’s old or used. Many countries value their buildings. Here, organizations form to fight to preserve old buildings because developers and governments prefer to tear them down.
